Seagull St Andrews North Fife

The other day in St Andrews I was surprised to witness this juvenile seagull apparently nonchalant of humans. It has a deformed beak which is crossed, how it can survive naturally would be in question. It finds sustenance in the compassion of visitors to Aldi car park in St Andrews who feed it.
